AI Automation Engineer (Junior+ / Mid) – Hybrid / Flexible Encorp.ai is a specialized AI automation company helping businesses improve operations through practical AI solutions. We build custom AI agents, smart workflows, and business automations that reduce manual work, save time, and increase efficiency. We work with growing companies and established businesses across Bulgaria and Europe, delivering AI systems tailored to real business needs. We’re looking for ambitious engineers who want to build real AI products, solve business problems, and grow in one of the fastest-moving areas of software development. You may come from a traditional software engineering background. Previous professional AI experience is not required. What matters most is strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and the drive to grow quickly in a high-value area of modern software development. You’ll work on real-world AI automation projects for clients—streamlining operations, replacing repetitive processes, integrating business systems, and helping companies operate more intelligently. We’re flexible on engagement models and open to part-time, freelance, or full-time collaboration. This can be a strong opportunity for someone looking for additional income, side projects with real impact, or a long-term transition into AI-focused work. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing • Build AI-powered automation systems for real business workflows • Create and maintain automations in n8n by connecting business tools such as Google Workspace, messaging platforms, CRMs, databases, and external APIs • Design logic flows, multi-step processes, structured outputs, and agent-based workflows • Build custom JavaScript and Python applications for more complex use cases where tailored logic or deeper integrations are needed, including rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development workflows • Work with modern AI tools and models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and others • Develop internal tools and client-facing operational systems • Help optimize and replace repetitive business processes through software and AI • Collaborate closely with technical leads and occasionally with clients to understand needs and deliver solutions ✅ What We’re Looking For • Experience with JavaScript and/or Python (required) • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or AI coding assistants • Solid software engineering fundamentals • Good understanding of APIs, backend logic, and integrations • Strong problem-solving mindset • Interest in AI, automation, and emerging developer tools • Good communication skills • Self-driven attitude and willingness to learn quickly • Product engineering mindset 🌟 Bonus Points For • Exposure to LangChain or agent frameworks • Prompt engineering / LLM workflows • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude Code, and Claude Workspace • Automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n • Client-facing experience 💼 What We Offer • Real hands-on work in AI systems and automation • Opportunity to enter one of the fastest-growing areas in tech • Flexible setup: part-time, freelance, or full-time depending on fit • Opportunity to start part-time and transition into a long-term role • High ownership and a fast growth environment • Competitive compensation based on experience and contribution • Performance-based upside • Hybrid flexibility (3 office / 2 remote) Comprehensive benefits: • Sport card membership • Extra health insurance • Team-building events • Preferential bank loan terms
